I had the most incredible day yesterday! Felt high as a kite on life, even though I had little sleep the night before. After I published my 6th podcast episode, Nina and I drove into the city to pick up our raw dairy – which is always fun because I get to catch up a bit with our raw dairy farmers – they’re lovely and are quite a hoot! 😀 I’ll hopefully have them on the podcast soon!
When we got home I had a zoom meeting with my ASEA team, and wow, you guys!! ✨ The whole call was so joyful, inspiring and overflowing with ❤️ love ❤️ frequency. It was very moving. I am beyond thrilled to be working alongside open-hearted beings who hold the vision for a peaceful, free and loving world. I now have zero doubts that I’ve stumbled upon something truly amazing.
Now, for the cherry on top – in the evening I went to pick up my pastured meat + raw honey order from Maggie @oldhomeplacefarm . We had a super fun conversation about mice, billboards in New Zealand and playing musical beds, and before I left she gifted me with a large bunch of asparagus – my favorite vegetable!! There’s nothing like freshly-picked asparagus! I had some raw, but I’m looking forward to sautéing these in garlic and butter, and having it with eggs and hollandaise sauce. Like all week 😀
P.S. For those who don’t know, the best way to store asparagus is in (rain)water in a glass jar and in the fridge 🙂
